Wis. middle school gives struggling students extra attention
A Wisconsin middle school has developed a program to help struggling students with academics and social skills. High pollution exposure in pregnancy raises autism risk in offspring
Research showed women with high air pollution exposure during pregnancy had double the odds of having a child with autism spectrum disorder. High smog exposure during the third trimester of pregnancy was especially associated with greater autism risk in offspring, researchers wrote in Environmental Health Perspectives.HealthDay News (12/18)
