What is ICSEMIS?
Everyone knows about the Olympics … most people know about the Paralympics … some know about the Cultural Olympiad … but very few know about the Convention or, to give it its full name, the International Convention on Science, Education and Medicine in Sport (ICSEMIS).
The first ICSEMIS was held in Guangzhou, China in 2008 just prior to the Beijing Olympic and Paralympic Games. ICSEMIS 2012 will be hosted by the UK and held in Glasgow, Scotland from July 19-24th.
